Radiant panels

The smart solution for fast and efficient drying.

Imagine being able to dry a car in just 15–20 minutes. With radiant panels, it’s possible.

At Fercabin, we are experts in endothermic radiant panel technology, designed to transform your painting processes. This advanced solution emits heat via direct radiation onto the vehicle’s surface, heating the bodywork from the inside out and achieving uniform, rapid drying with minimal energy consumption. It is a system that puts your vehicle in the spotlight, without using air as a medium, and achieves high-quality finishes with minimal energy impact.

We have refined this technology over many years, designing bespoke systems tailored to your booth, whether new or existing. The result is a cleaner, safer and more sustainable drying environment, ideal for modern workshops that value precision, productivity and reduced operating costs.

This solution offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing us to provide a range of standard configurations as well as developing the drying system that meets your specific needs.

Fixed panels

Endothermic radiant panels

They allow heat to be transferred to the vehicle without any loss, using up to 90% less energy than traditional systems. As there is no longer any need for a boiler, pipework, toxic fume extraction or any of the other components typically found in traditional cabins, savings are guaranteed.

Converting a traditional cabin into an endothermic booth is an extremely simple and quick process. You will see an immediate return in terms of savings; you can make use of the space previously occupied by the boiler room, and you will no longer need to spend money on plant maintenance.

The IRD model radiant panels are constructed from a specially designed anodised aluminium profile and a white powder-coated radiant panel. Our unique electric heating element is distributed across the entire surface of the panel, ensuring uniform heat distribution, the absence of electromagnetic emissions, and the ability to electronically control both the power output and temperature of each individual panel within the cabin. All IRD model radiant elements can reach a surface temperature of 200°C.

Key benefits

FRC 45 Touch Screen Control Panel

We offer comprehensive control of radiant panels via a touchscreen. This control system allows us to implement the following features:

The panels will be operated automatically.

Electrical panels

THERMOCABIN is our latest electric panel (a patented system for controlling the temperature of the radiant surface) which allows you to monitor the temperature of the object being painted and automatically adjust the radiant panels to achieve maximum energy efficiency and ensure the lowest possible energy consumption. The idea is to use a Wi-Fi thermometer that measures the radiation from the radiant panels, positioned in line with the object to be painted (vertically or horizontally) in front of the radiant panel. The control system is a very compact touchscreen unit with dedicated buttons for the most frequently used functions. The power panel can be placed next to the control console or at a distance

Movable panels

Diffuse infrared drying system

Our diffuse infrared technology is designed to optimise the drying process for painted panels, delivering superior performance with very low energy consumption. This system allows operation at a minimum distance of 10–20 cm from the panel, reaching a drying temperature of 70°C, with efficiency comparable to that of a traditional paint booth in the preparation area.
