The wheels on the pneumatic lifts ensure that a single person can easily move the platform around the building. The platforms take up minimal space whilst providing sufficient room inside the basket for the operator to move around with ease.

Perimeter-travel lifts. The lift platform is fitted with an air inlet for the painter and the necessary auxiliary equipment. Air is supplied to the various pieces of equipment via a retractable hose mounted on the lift itself.

All movements are controlled via controls located inside the platform itself.

XY Movement

It allows movement around the entire perimeter of the cabin, supported by two lower wheels that run along a guide rail attached directly to the cabin floor, and by rollers located at the top of the lift that run along a guide rail attached to the cabin structure itself. One of the lower wheels will be driven by a pneumatic motor to allow the lift to move forwards and backwards via the control panel.

It allows the operator to raise or lower the platform via a pneumatic cylinder located at the rear of the lift.

XYZ Movement

It allows the operator to move the platform closer to the work area. This movement is achieved by means of a scissor mechanism and a pneumatic cylinder located at the rear of the platform.

In this type of lift, the platform moves along a straight axis through the work cabin, rather than following a perimeter path.

This design is intended to facilitate direct access to the various work areas located along the surface to be treated.
