Gas burners , with outputs ranging from 35 to 280 kW , offer an alternative to diesel burners in locations where gas is available as an energy source. These burners also provide the oven chamber with sufficient power to ensure rapid and uniform drying of any product placed inside, regardless of its composition.

Q: Resistances

1 kW strip heater for generating heat via natural or forced convection in process chambers, with a maximum temperature of approximately 200 °C at the heating element and a recommended minimum air flow rate of 98.42 in/s for efficient operation. It is manufactured from shielded stainless steel tubing with rectangular fins to improve heat transfer, operates on a 230 VAC supply and must be installed in conjunction with temperature control systems, whilst also ensuring the heating block or its protective sleeve is correctly earthed.

The parts booth design allows for the addition of optional modules, which make it easier to carry out tasks more efficiently, comfortably and safely.

Air circulation unit, enabling work to be carried out in a pressurised chamber, which results in a better finish.
Heating system using electric heating elements with a power rating of 9 kW or 18 kW, depending on the power available on site.
Adjustable shelving units; anchor brackets with movable shelves are available to accommodate different items.
Manual pressure compensation. The unit is fitted with a control damper, a differential pressure gauge and a pressure control lever. (only applicable with air supply)
Automatic pressure compensation. The unit is fitted with a differential pressure switch and a control unit
Frequency converters for supply and extract air, depending on the selected configuration. These enable a 20% reduction in energy consumption, whilst ensuring optimal adjustment of air speeds and cabin pressure at all stages of operation of the filtration systems.
Length increases in linear inches in 39,37 in increments (recommended maximum internal length: 236,22 inches).
