At Fercabin, we understand that a clean workspace is not a luxury, but a necessity. Our dry filter curtains, also known as open booths, are designed to effectively capture airborne particles in environments where dust and paint overspray can affect the process, keeping the workspace free from contaminants that compromise the final finish. Manufactured from high-quality materials and designed for intensive use, these curtains retain particles and prevent their dispersion without the need for water-based filtration systems, thereby reducing maintenance and energy consumption whilst ensuring compliance with the most stringent European regulations.
The Andrea-model paper filters fitted to our booths operate by allowing air laden with particles to pass through the filter, where it undergoes several changes of direction, causing the particles to follow trajectories tangential to the air flow and be effectively trapped. This system ensures there is no particle migration, as the particles, once deposited in the retention bag, remain outside the air stream. Furthermore, they offer a high loading capacity, maintaining a free flow even as the filter becomes saturated with paint; they only become blocked when the retention bags are completely full, unlike mesh filters, where paint settles between the mesh and prematurely obstructs the air flow.
